Coming from a college background in the Sciences I quickly identified a love of Computers in their use in various industries, I spent more time fixing computers at the college than doing anything else.Taking this as a sign I moved completely into the IT field and worked as a Business Process specialist for an IT Outsourcing firm. From there I moved into technical support and web development for a Recruitment Specialist company based in Basingstoke.After the original web bubble burst I was made redundant and spent a year working at a book store and decompressing after the busy times as a web developer.From there I was employed by C.A.B.C Ltd based in Newbury as a technical support specialist and over the 7 years that I worked there providing IT Support and IT Services to a variety of clients.After leaving C.A.B.C Ltd in 2010 I came to work for Complete IT as a CRM Specialist looking after the internal deployment, support and customisation of Dynamics CRM.Following a very successful 2 years at Complete I.T. Ltd I then moved roles to Audatex (based in Theale) to provide Dynamics CRM and reporting expertise to the newly deployed CRM 2013 system. During the past 4 years at Audatex we have upgraded the CRM 2013 system to CRM 2015 and are now planning to migrate the entire system to Dynamics 365.Since leaving Audatex and starting work at Activate Learning I have been involved in creating a new application system that handles incoming course applications from the website and routes them to appropriate teams and then pushes the data out to a 3rd party system using Scribe, as well as designing and implementing sales processes for several areas of the business and consolidating several different sets of customer data into one format for use by the system.
