I'm a results oriented leader that helps translate strategy into needed capabilities, and then the necessary choices that need to be made to build those capabilities. I really enjoy building things that scale and transformations that enable rapid growth. I'm currently working with our fastest growing business segment charting our course for scalable growth through sales and M&A. Creating value through both optimizing and reimagining opportunities through bringing organizations together. More recently, I led the modernization of our Talent function through process improvement and redesign, technology utilization and adoption, and upskilling the team. We tripled the production of the group and completely change the expectations of the business by delivering in less than half the time and limited expense growth. I work hard to create and cultivate relationships necessary to get things done. Setting the vision and developing the strategies to succeed is only the first step to delivering in an interconnected world.
