Core Responsibilities: -Ensure that the monthly fixed asset additions are added accurately and on timely basis. -Computing, verifying and analyzing various assets depreciation. -Conducting physical verification of the fixed assets and addressing any variances between the physical report and the ERP asset register. -Periodic review of the fixed assets policies and procedures to meet the organization’s needs. -Ensure that all bank assets and expenses are properly classified and accounted. -Preparation of monthly Asset clearing reconciliations and correction of any identified variances on time. -Preparation of the monthly fixed asset movement schedule. -Collection of obsolete assets data from branches for purposes of disposal.

Core Responsibilities: -Continuously improve user workstation experiences through OS and application optimizations, automation, and streamlined processes. -Talk staff across all Equity bank branches, through a series of actions, either face-to-face or remotely, to help set up systems or resolve issues. -Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. -Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications. -Supporting the roll-out of new applications. -Test and evaluate new technology before it's rolled-out into production environment.
