Consulted on improvements to internal defense mission procurement processes to increase efficacy and compliance with US, international laws and general standards for contracting. Reviewed agreements and electronic documents for due diligence and legal responsiveness in litigation and government investigations, including first level review, privilege logging, and redactions.
