I began freelance work as a web and app designer / developer, then expanded into marketing operations and MarTech solutions, as well as product launch campaigns for software products, apps, video games, and local companies. As of 2023, I introduced services to consult individuals and teams with AI tools and strategy to their advantage.

I worked at "The Council" as a consultant/contractor. I was brought on to the team through The Creative Group as my recruiting agency. My job as a consultant is helping with marketing-automation and email deliverabilty, as well as optimizing usage of Pardot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and general marketing. Web design/development is another responsibility I provide to the company.

Hired through Creative Circle, I work as a short-term consultant (6 week project) on rebranding AXA Equitable to “Equitable” by helping the marketing team as a CMS admin and working with the design and brand team to redesign ~1500 existing email templates into the new brand templates for the company’s Financial Professionals to use. On top of my main task, I handled email deliverability by daily requests from our Financial Professionals, on the spot. As an email developer, I used pure html/css, uploading code into My Marketing Station for configuration and scheduling.

I was hired for just a couple weeks as a Freelance Marketing Operations Manager, as a temporary consultant, helping improve and manage Marketing Automation as a Pardot Admin. I managed digital marketing campaign projects with a team of designers, developers, video producers, and content writers during this time.

704Games is the developer of NASCAR video games. I was on the marketing team, and also designed marketing assets for the marketing team, from emails, digital ads, graphic design, TV spots, video production, and I managed the website.

Levvel is one of Charlotte's top tech consulting agencies. I worked there as a Senior Marketing Specialist / Wordpress Developer.I became a Pardot Admin, while managing projects for Levvel.io, building out new section and integrating marketing automation, including email marketing.I designed marketing assets and did front-end development from time to time, as well.

I managed everything marketing related for our game studio and our products. This includes Crowdfunding planning, being the Community Manager, Web Design, Email Marketing, Press Relations, streaming on Twitch, and reaching out to influencers.Other things included managing website projects, writing marketing content, and helping make decisions for our game development and design with our team.

Tapity originally hired me as a Unity3D developer for mobile games. I was their iOS game designer/developer for about 4 months, using Agile Methodologies. Most of that time was spent writing C#, but the fun was audio design, 3D modeling, level design, and animations.Once that had hit the app store and over, I gained position as Marketer for our company Hours LLC and iOS/web app "Hours - Time Tracking" in Summer 2015. Our other Marketing guy and I worked together developing crowdfunding campaigns, which were super successful. Our goal for the crowdfunding campaign for Hours was $15,000, and we ended up earning over $80,000. For payments, I put on my PP hat to integrate Stripe into our site, so people could fund us. We had over 30,000 newsletter subscribers, and I integrated and managed our email service, Campaign Monitor, followed by many email campaigns I was a part of. I helped decide wording across the site and design website mockups. I also dealt with other technical things, like registering our domains, getting SSL working, and general hosting management.A year or so later during Summer 2016, we sold Hours. It was acquired by Five Pack Creative. We went on to new things, and gained more opportunities and ideas. This includes our creation of a new type of app marketing service, Tapity Rocket, with new mobile app and SaaS clients.Our first client with Tapity Rocket was an indie dev who needed some marketing help with his app's updated version. We completely rebranded it, and now he uses the tag line I came up with. I helped him optimize his website for SEO, and I got CPanel access to configure some things to make his site load faster.I helped him optimize his app store page and keywords, and all of us worked together on other things. We contacted press and they wrote about him. He benefited greatly from our team's marketing service, and had the biggest launch in their 10 year history.

I enjoyed wearing multiple hats at FireFold, starting as a junior designer during college. Eventually, I became lead designer working on our main website, side sites, branding, and marketing assets. I got to be our php developer for FireFold's Ecommerce website, thanks to already having about 5 years of Wordpress development. While working here, I was also in charge of 70 client's website maintenance and any site updates they needed. I was in charge of marketing projects, and when needed less design work, I became a Marketing specialist. For marketing, I ran our social media, created weekly and holiday newsletter campaigns, banner spots across our website, and Google Adwords & SEM marketing, in control of our online advertising budget of $35,000 per month. It was a tough job, but it was rewarding and I loved it a lot.
