Current• Set and monitor new tablet press,press parts, encapsulation parts, and turret manufacturing schedules.• Identify, qualify, and work with suppliers to ensure OTD of materials and components.• Forecast production & assembly based off available capacity.• Design and oversee efficiency events to increase production capacity. This includes the addition of machines, facility build-outs and day-to-day hiring of staff.• Involved in new product development and production planning for new and existing tablet press line.• Oversee continuous improvement and project planning for two locations.• Set pricing for parts, turrets and tablet presses based off manufacturing cost and competition.• Supply chain management, internal and external including raw materials, finished goods and electrical components.Direct Responsibilities Include: Tablet Press Parts & Turret ManufacturingTablet Press AssemblyShipping and Receiving Tablet Press Service Department
