After 25 years at CMS, where I was a Partner and Head of CMS' Insurance Sector Group in London, I am delighted to have moved on to pastures new to become Partner in the Commercial Litigation group at Devonshires.A ‘full service’ law firm, Devonshires has been based in the City of London for more than 150 years. From offices in London, Leeds & Colchester legal services are provided throughout the UK, with clients ranging from some of the world’s largest multi-national corporations to private individuals. During my career, I have acted and advised for many years on major contentious litigation and arbitrations, in particular on major insurance and reinsurance disputes and claims related matters. I have considerable trial experience across all the major and appellate Law Courts in the UK, and in domestic and international arbitration, frequently involving cross border or multi jurisdictional issues.Now looking forward to bringing my experience and expertise to Devonshires, to shape the expanding Litigation & Dispute Resolution team and launch the new insurance practice area.
