I’ve worked in the business events industry for over 20 years. In that time I’ve been immersed in every aspect of meeting planning, from strategy, to project management and financial stewardship through to marketing and sponsorship activations.Having been with The Conference Company for over 17 years, I'm privileged to lead and mentor an outstanding team delivering superb meetings of up to 3000 plus delegates and exhibitors. Today the core of my role is building positive and enduring partnerships with our clients, many of whom we work with on a long-term basis. I still love to get hands-on with meeting planning and organisation. That’s where I get to share my enthusiasm for technology, digital events, and other innovations in meeting design, which are making today’s conferences more engaging, enriching and accessible than ever. I also enjoy my consultancy work within the Australian and New Zealand meetings industry. It’s an honour to be able to contribute deep knowledge of the Australasian market, and help consolidate the region's reputation of offering world-class conference destinations. As an IAPCO Council member, and Chair of the Training Academy , I value the connection with the global PCO community, and the immersion in best practice and latest thinking our worldwide colleagues have to offer.
