I was given the responsibility of running the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) desk within the team.My responsibilities included:Developing new business within my sectorManaging existing relationships with clients who had been handed over to meKeeping abreast of news, developments, trends and new projects within my sector and constructing plans to extract the most value possible from this research.Consulting with clients on vacant position requirements and sourcing suitable candidates.Interviewing and preparation of shortlists of suitable candidates and preparing them for interviews with clients.Recording all recruitment activities on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used.Attending conferences and maintaining a strong social media presence to strengthen networking opportunities and to positively increase brand exposure.
