Oversees the organization's operational and logistical strategies, ensuring effective implementation of both local and international programs. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing supply chains, and optimizing processes for program delivery. Their leadership ensures that resources are used effectively, and that the Foundation's aid reaches its intended beneficiaries promptly and reliably. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, team management, and a deep understanding of global logistics. This role Handles Operations for both the local Kids Eat Program as well as the Global Garden Tower program.

I work with the Commander and Unit leadership as the sole logistics inspector, to track health of workplace, job execution and report and resolve deficiencies through individual evaluations, process evaluations and validation of unit self-assessment checklists. I am also a member of the Wing Inspection Team, where in that role I evaluate unit mission readiness. Lastly I work with logistics leadership to develop best practices for process improvement.

I Managed all material management/warehouse tasks, personnel, and assets. Utilized Process Improvement training to create multiple new benchmark processes as well as discover and cut many outdated/duplicate or unnecessary processes freeing up resources for other projects..

Supervised 3 work center teams, successfully positioned over 500 personnel for deployment to over 20 locations worldwide while supporting coordination of stay with US and local authorities. I was also charged with managing/maintaining accurate personnel records of all 2400 personnel assigned to allow for quick and error free processing.

I was the sole logistics advisor for the Afghan Air Force for 13 months. During this time I mentored Afghan military leaders to develop and stand up the largest warehouse within their Air Force. I was responsible to create a functioning logistics network between 3 locations as well as build a training plan and facilitate training to 500 new logistics personnel.

Managed team of 8 personnel to control all incoming repairable assets derived from aircraft maintenance. Included conducting quarterly reconciliations as well as heading weekly meetings. Oversaw 22 programs, achieved Excellent rating during headquarters level inspection while being named Outstanding performer.
