I'm an accounting executive with extensive experience in multiple industries including banking, government, recreation, public lands, and agriculture. I've run accounting offices for corporations, state government, and the federal government. These have ranged from single accountant offices to staffs of 15 professionals. I've overseen the operation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation.This has included forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation, data extraction, analysis, and ad hoc financial reports.I am experienced in financial analysis, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting system creation. My Microsoft Office expertise extends to Word, Access, and Power Point along with extensive skills in Excel . These Excel skills include tables, formula usage, pivot tables and VBA.I have performed financial audits along with operational audits. I have also worked with organizations to improve their operational and accounting processes. This has resulted in savings of time and money in the company operations.I arrive at work on time, ready to work.
