I provide cradle-to-grave support for sponsored research projects for the highest volume Stanford Engineering faculty, which involves managing financial affairs of a roughly $30,000,000 research portfolio via Oracle BI and Excel forecasts and ensuring compliance with university and government policies and regulations (FAR, OMB, etc.) in an effort to support groundbreaking research.

I manage recruitment, onboarding, and troubleshooting for over 1,200 incoming students, coordinate programming and event planning for the iGniTe First Year Summer Launch Program, lead the Spark Mentor Program for over 70 mentors and 150 mentees to aid in transition to college, oversee the implementation and design of inaugural iGniTe Guidebook application with an intern team, and assist with email correspondence for Summer Session Initiatives through a Slate inbox.

I have done a little bit of everything for the Office of Summer and Special Sessions Initiatives with a focus on the iGniTe Summer Launch Program for incoming first year students. I began as an inaugural director of the iGniTe Advisory Board, a capacity in which I engaged with campus stakeholders to reshape academic, housing, dining, and activity offerings for the program while marketing it to prospective students, leading to a doubling of enrollment. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I assisted in the transition of our program to a virtual format with only a few weeks of notice. I scripted the welcome event, which included high level campus dignitaries, and planned, marketed, and moderated events throughout the summer for yet another record number of students. I also assisted the office by drafting mass communications to program participants and outside stakeholders, such as the end of year iGniTe review article. Overall, the position has given me experience performing a wide variety of functions in conjunction with all sorts of people.

I worked with a team of Georgia Tech researchers in collaboration with others from Johns Hopkins University and senior defense researchers to study the current realm of space security in order to provide threat analyses and strategic recommendations to both the NATO Innovation Hub and NATO Parliament.

I helped lead player development as part of the 5th largest academy in Georgia. I was responsible for training session design, game management, and evaluations from 8U to 12U age groups and assisted on overall "run of show" for camps.

I was a USSF Certified referee with experience as both a center referee and assistant referee across Georgia, from the 8U to 18U levels. During my career, I both worked in the GA club soccer circuit and also at a variety of middle and high school settings.
