- Accomplished data cleaning for 15,000+ application registrations, eliminating duplicates and analysing the data to distinguish eligible and ineligible candidates, providing reasons for ineligibility.- Analyzed 4000+ applicants' progress through various application stages based on gender, study field, origin, grades, etc. Ensured data integrity at each stage.- Reviewed essays, and validated credentials for 3257 applicants, advancing selected ones.- Evaluated micro-teaching of 200+ applicants at Virtual Assessment Centre, scored each candidate per rubric, guiding next phase selection.- Conducted in-person interviews for 150+, scoring via a rubric, aiding final Fellows’ selection.- Championed Selection Research to understand the effectiveness of the team’s selection model.- Participated in various Campus recruitment drives aimed at getting targeted leads for the Fellowship.

• Performed proper and detailed quality assurance on sellers' goods before inbound into the warehouse to prevent all forms of a dispute during and after the fulfilment of goods to the buyers.• Carried out regular circle counts with other members of the team to ensure inventory balance with up to 99% accuracy.• Prepared and presented daily reports of the inbound and outbound operations to the fulfilment manager.• Assisted riders on the field with calls and tracking of orders for successful delivery which led to a reduction in the returns of orders, more sales for sellers and an increase in the overall business goals of the organization• Improved the business Service-Level Agreement to an average of about 98% daily and a weekly average of about 95% by building a good personal rapport with the dispatch riders, while maintaining professional and business ethics.

• Improved the learning outcome of 71 primary three and four pupils by the design and use of improved learning methodologies, media and technology to spark curiosity, and promote critical thinking and teamwork among the learners to meet the learning needs of individual learners in the classroom.• Designed and implemented a digital skills project which trained about 120 pupils in basic practical computer skills to bridge the digital skills gap among low-income children.• Supported other teachers in the identification, selection and training of students to represent in quizzes and spelling bees organized in the community and LGAs to boost students’ self-confidence and leadership skills.
