As Vice President of Engineering, Stephen's role is to focus on resources, budget, process, scheduling and product delivery. He is responsible for engineering, shipping and management of regular product releases and ensuring stability through unit testing and the implementation of best practices. He achieves this by recruiting, mentoring and managing the engineering team with the use of agile development processes.

• Implemented custom Drupal modules; handled step and interval based messaging through wholesale SMS and Email vendors using their APIs; used AMFPHP with Drupal to interact with a Flash-based registration process.• Designed database architecture for a full professional athletic training system; built Users' front-end and Trainers' back-end applications for managing and reporting in Symfony and Doctrine; used FFMpeg to create screenshots for video place holders. Added CSS file to be mobile friendly for iPhone and Android platforms. • Set up a CMS web site using Symfony-based SympalCMS; launched the site using Amazon's EC2 Cloud based Servers and RDS Database.• Designed database architecture and implemented full custom E-Commerce Web application in Symfony and Doctrine.

• Managed new start-up company using SCRUM methodology to prioritize development milestones. Designed database architecture for inventory system with versioned key-value pairs. Created a RESTful API to return XML, JSON, and serialized PHP data.

• Setup POSTFIX MTA with Dovecot IMAP server and Squirrelmail front-end for a small business.• Developed, built, installed, setup, and tested computer network including wiring for voice and data centered around a Windows 2008 Domain controller.

• Contributed to local intranet using Cold Fusion (CFML) and Oracle along with tools such as Perforce for Version control and Toad for our Oracle databases.
