This involved using Informatica PowerCenter to overcome some limitations in the data integration services offered by Remedy.Played a key role in supporting the previous IT Service Management system, also Remedy based and, using Visual Studio, developing software update to its people information from the corporate people database.Developed a scorecard system for the IT infrastructure team across Johnson & Johnson Using Cognos Metrics Studio. This included developing a Web site using Visual Studio to allow data input from Excel spreadsheets.

Part of a team providing IT infrastructure and software development support to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and other UK and Ireland based Johnson & Johnson companies.Provided IT technical support to the above-mentioned companies, particularly during the migration from Windows 95 and other legacy operating systems to Windows 2000.Developed installation scripts using InstallShield for OCD's internally developed applications and deploy Year 2000 patches.Played a key role in developing the feed from OCD's HR system to the corporate people directory.Developed an extranet Web site to allow OCD to provide data to its customers.
