Riekes Equipment is a regional dealer of material handling solutions, comprising of over 200 employees located across 5 states. As a System Administrator I serve the business by advocating for users through technology, cost savings, and being a trusted resource for all things tech. I also provided end user training and consulting.During the course of my employment I lead my department in productivity, repairing 12% more volume while keeping rework and return work lower then 1%. Also assistedin moving the business forward by creating the virus scan checklist and procedures. I also formulated and implemented the policy of department leads and inter-employeecommunications systems to improve store wide efficiency.
