Having worked in Aviation for the last 20 years in catering having served in several positions during this time with Qantas Flight Catering and DNATA Catering. Strengths I bring to any role are accuracy, problem-solving, the ability to prioritise, strong leadership skills and the ability to lead several departments simultaneously. In my most recent role as Equipment Officer with Dnata Catering co-ordinating the inventory control between several Catering departments, outsourcers and the Clients distribution centre's. Strong communication skills were required with internal and external stakeholders. One of my achievements was when acting as Qantas Customer service Manager, ‘Dreamliner Project’ departed from Perth to London. The launch of the Dreamliner from Perth required me to manage and lead the team of Management and supervisors communications between stores, production, catering / 'EMU' loading, transport and operations. Compiling completion checklist and timeframes In my time in Aviation Catering, I was required to cover many Duties including Stock control, offsite Auditing, Loading Specification, Project management, Customer service Manager, Supervisor receivables and distribution, to name a few.
