I am currently working as a Bush Regenerator on the Gold Coast in beautiful South East Queensland. Through this industry I have had multiple roles as a field worker and supervisor for assisted regeneration as well as the opportunity to be a trainer/supervisor for the Skilling Queenslanders for Work program. Having previously worked in residential drafting and carpentry after studying a Bachelor of Environmental Design, I am enjoying being in a role that aligns more directly with my passion for the environment, however these previous skills are still extremely valuable in broader context of understanding of the way in which we interact with our environment. It is incredible being able to explore the amazing landscapes that this part of the world has to offer and learn along the way - ever expanding my plant identification skills and overall holistic view toward our environment.
