Designed and constructed the fiber optic network in the State of Nebraska and established a new centralized Customer Service Center that serves customers for multiple public utilities. Managed the implementation of all telephone and data systems for every location in Nebraska. Managed engineering staff, thirty-five million dollar capital project and combined eleven million dollar annual capital and operating budget. Developed work plans, project plans and managed all capital projects as well as strategic direction and technology improvements.

Managed the construction and operation of a fiber optic and digital microwave system in South Georgia. This network is the infrastructure component of the start up for Southern Company’s wireless system. Designed, constructed, and operated the daily and emergency preparedness communications systems at Plant Vogtle for Georgia Power Company. Participated in the start up and licensing for this nuclear plant.
