During my time as an Outside Guest Services Specialist at Lakewood National Golf Club, I was promoted from a Guest Service Attendant to Concierge within a year. I excelled in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of golf course maintenance, even participating in driving range renovations.In addition to my golf club experience, I've successfully ventured into self-employment. I established and promoted my own DJ services, witnessing a remarkable 300% increase in bookings within just eight weeks. This endeavor allowed me to build relationships with bar owners, implement a billing system, and secure support shifts for up-and-coming artists.Moreover, I've made my mark in lawn care services by initiating and operating a business that saw a revenue increase of 360% over five years.
