Partner with Controller and CFO on all technical accounting matters, internal controls, management, financial and statutory reporting, including consolidation accounting for all American Healthcare Staffing Group, Inc. (AHSG) entities. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and AHSG accounting policies. Work with Controller to provide solutions for the complex/significant business issues/problems, where no precedent may exist, and ensure implementation where appropriate. Work alongside Corporate Controller to manage & develop designated team members.

Responsible for assisting in the center and corporate finance activities for ProCure Treatment Centers, Inc. including creating financial models and budgets. Perform detailed financial and operational forecasting and analyses for treatment center. Work directly with the center President and Corporate Finance department to create forecasts and interpret analyses of financial, operational and reimbursement metrics. Track metrics and flag issues to center President and Corporate Finance department (i.e. assess if there is additional patient capacity compared to forecast; assess payer mix versus forecast highlight unfavorable trends). Work closely with the center’s various departments to collect key financial and operational information to produce, monitor and analyze monthly financial and operating reports for center President and Corporate Finance department.
