About Stephen Potts

Since joining Silverstream Technologies in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, I have developed the key operational capabilities to support our rapid growth and market leading status, including building the supply chain and project management capabilities required to deliver multiple simultaneous installations and in service support for the Silverstream® Systems in operation around the world. I helped develop the strategy to move from start up to scale up and transform to a digitally focused market leader in the clean technology space, fostering strong international relationships and global supply agreements to serve the world’s foremost ship owners and charterers including MSC, Shell, Grimaldi, Carnival, Maersk, Vale, ADNOC L&S and many others.  From a career spanning more than 30 years, I bring a wealth of leadership experience specialising in transformation programmes and complex project execution within the defence, nuclear, construction, FM, IT and telecommunications sectors. Since 2010, I have specialised in the maritime sector.  Throughout my career, I have been recognised for exceptional performance – I was awarded the Siemens Management Award and I am a former board member of the World Commercial and Contracting Association.
