• Responsible for leading high budgeted large-scale projects and developing solutions involving all aspects of the software lifecycle phases for critical areas of the warranty system. • Led extensive projects on an IBM AS/400 using COBOL, CLP, RPG III, RPG IV, ILE, and Free Form with Embedded SQL.• Project Lead responsibilities ranged from managing small teams of developers to creating, rewriting, and enhancing various processes in a highly complex environment consisting of 2000+ program modules. • Designed and developed utilizing AS/400 utilities such as SQL, SDA, RLU, AS/400 Query, Command Query, FTP, FTS, Hawkeye, and Aldon. • Warranty role has provided extensive knowledge in IT and business models which includes pricing, costing, cancellations, aftermarket sales, claims, month end GL processing, POS systems, vendor interfaces, data migration, EDI, underwriting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and CC Direct (Web) applications.

• Responsible for development within the Integrated Planning and Forecasting System (IPS) that included all phases of software lifecycle on an IBM AS/400 using COBOL, CLP, SQL, RPG III and IV. • Project Lead for three of the six years for all projects while only occupying a Programmer/Analyst position. Projects included complete rewrites of budgeting calculation processes for super stores, roadshops, and express stores, as well as, maintaining highly complex menus and reports in a 2000+ program module environment. • Designed and developed utilizing AS/400 utilities such as SQL, SDA, RLU, AS/400 Query, Command Query, FTP, FTS, TOV, and Hawkeye. • Budgeting system role has provided extensive knowledge in forecasting and budgeting processes, accounting, merchandising, business models, and financial planning.
