I co-founded Kenyon Prendeville, but in May 2011 decided to go my own separate way and established Forte Asset Solutions. Forte will leverage off my experience at Kenyon Prendeville but will further develop the value I have a combination of financial services, product manufacturing, distribution, sales and management experience built over more than 25 years in the financial services industry. I have a significant profile and network built over this time which assists my clients when going to market to find the right buyer of their businesses. I am a sought after media commentator and public speaker due to my current experience and insights into the industry.I established National Mutual Financial Planning (VIC) in 1991 and then held a senior role in funds management with First State Fund Manger in 1993 for 6 years through a period of exponential growth. I then accepted a position as a partner in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 2009. Additionally I was also the chief executive officer of the national dealer group Deloitte Financial Services, which I sold in 2001.The sale was a mixed experience for me, which made me realise there was an unfulfilled need in specialised M&A advice in financial services industry that I was uniquely qualified to meet.Today, Forte Asset Solutions and Forte Dealer Solutions provides business owners with independent, pragmatic advice and a highly personal service to achieve the best possible result for a business sale, acquisition, growth strategy, Dealer migration or re-engineering strategy. It uses my experience, expertise and negotiating skills to help business owners to achieve win-win results and to avoid costly mistakes.
