• Managed concentrated litigation practice in defense of the Authority in various tort actions.• Mentored junior attorneys in all aspects of tort litigation including motion practice, oral and written discovery, obtaining liability and damages experts, and conducting jury trials. These attorneys were then capable of assuming direct litigation responsibility for high exposure lawsuits. • Tried over 20 personal injury cases successfully to jury verdict. • In 2015, had four consecutive jury verdicts of not guilty saving the Authority in excess of $1.8 million. • Received the only directed verdict ever for the Authority in a Law Division personal injury lawsuit in 2014.
