As Chief Operating Officer for the Southeast Region of EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, I am responsible for operational management and leadership in the region, charged with maintaining enterprise-wide profitability. EPIC provides risk management, property and casualty, employee benefits and personal risk management products to local, regional and global companies in a wide range of industries and is now ranked among the top 20 retail insurance brokers in the United States. In 2005, I joined the The McCart Group (which became part of EPIC in 2014) to help lead the Risk Management and Property & Casualty Insurance Division. Since 2005, I have become involved in many aspects of enterprise-wide operations and management. I hold the professional designations Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Masters of Science - Risk Management & Insurance, and am active in the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers, Vistage International, and various charitable organizations.
