Responsible for the governance around the selling of insurance, including owning and updating the Training and Competence Scheme. Responsible for overseeing regulated sales in the southern region of Barclays Bank. This included training and signing off supervisors, monitoring of sales standards, branch visits to review regulated paperwork and updating the Bank's T&C policy.
