CurrentClearly define and execute customer strategy Track performance and achievement of all key sales metrics, including NSR, volume, gross margin, share, visual presence, customer engagement and share of voice Lead the development and implementation of quarterly business reviews,category reviews, Joint Customer Business Plans (JCBPs) Negotiate and manage trading terms, develop and sell-in proposals for over and above opportunities Leverage trading terms, JCBP and promotional plans to deliver optimum businessoutcomes Lead and facilitate the planning process, promotional evaluations and customer contribution to develop promotional plans that deliver against key financial objectives Embed and leverage best in class account management tools and processes Build engagement with regional sales teams through active participation in key forums
