Titan Medical Inc., www.titanmedicalinc.com, (TSX:TMD) (Nasdaq:TMDI) is focused on robotic-assisted technologies for application in minimally assisted surgery ("MIS"). Titan is developing a single-port robotic surgical system comprised of a surgeon-controlled patient cart that includes a dual-view camera system with 3D and 2D high-definition vision systems and multi-articulating instruments for performing MIS procedures, and a surgeon workstation that provides an ergonomic interface to the patient cart and a 3D high-high definition endoscopic view of the MIS procedure. As the first full time CFO I designed and implemented the infrastructure appropriate to support the growth of the Company, lead the transition to the TSX in 2012 and Nasdaq in 2018. I led the raising of more than US $260 million in the Canadian and US capital markets and played a leadership role in negotiations the led to a transformational deal with Medtronic, the worlds largest manufacturer of medical devices.

Industrious, successful senior executive with an exemplary background encompassing finance and operations, I provide financial and general management consulting and contract services to assist companies as they work through a period of dynamic and significant change.

As the first CFO of this start up company, funded by the Ontario Government, I played a key role in developing the Business Case, approved by Board of Directors and Ontario Ministry of Finance, resulting in approval of the requested $35 million financing. OECM was established to support publicly funded education by enabling opprtunities through the design, implementation and management of an e-Marketplace that leverages e-commerce to access a comprehensive supplier network.

Acknowledged as the first person recruited from outside Bell Canada to bring in new vision and leadership to the recently established communications network installation company formed to support Bell Canada operations and reduce their overhead. I was influential in building the infrastructure unique to Expertech to support the phenomenal growth from $100 million to $500 million in 6 years.

Formerly Helix Circuits, Circuit World was a publicly traded high technology manufacturing company with $25 million revenue. I provided sound financial leadership and fiscal control as the company experienced turbulance and uncertainty under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (BIA). I played a pivitol role in writing a prospectus and participated in negotiating and securing $8.2 million in private equity to allow the company to successfully return from BIA
