I am a highly talented People Director with a flair for developing and leading large teams. Over the past ten years I have nurtured many different groups and have created hugely successful environments where businesses and individuals have thrived leading to substantial success in all companies. I am a level 7 coach and have a particular passion for coaching others in both personal and work situations. I thrive through using psychology to deeply understand what motivates people. I use these skills in the workplace to support and understand particular needs. Alongside this I have undertaken very senior coaching with Lane 4. I have studied NLP and Counselling and am qualified in both of these, this is very useful when developing both individuals and teams.I currently support Managing Directors and Owners to help their development and drive key business decisions. I find this extremely gratifying as I see senior key players in business move forward and ultimately become extremely successful. I am a flexible, emotionally intelligent leader with a passion for both people and business. I have developed substantial training and induction programmes for business resulting in multi million pounds cost savings.I have the opportunity in my role to make significant changes to peoples lives ensuring they reach the full potential in their careers!
