Responsibilities below span both periods.)Detailed circuit design on several subsystem blocks, and chip lead on an integrated receiver IC for a Cellular base station. Circuit blocks which I designed include:* Continuous-time Sigma-Delta ADC for wireless transceiver IC* Low Power PLL reference oscillator with tuning* Low Phase noise RX/TX clock generator for multimode digital transceiver IC.* Gm-C baseband channel filter for GSM and CDMA receiver ICs.* Low noise voltage reference for Sigma-Delta ADC.* Chip lead for BiCMOS Receiver, including full design of a switched-C baseband channel filter, clock synthesizer, and co-design of the first IF, 2nd IF and AGC. Performed architectural design from the preliminary system specification, and participated in the system definition. Created the floorplan and was responsible for final layout and verification.
