● Led the development, evaluation, and administration of business applications for a casino equipment manufacturer and financial services company● Managed the configuration and integration e-Con Solutions CPQ software into Microsoft Dynamics into sales team operations, leading to an increase in order compliance from 40% to 95% companywide● Gathered solution requirements from production, compliance, sales, software and hardware engineering teams, which resulted in the coding of 425 rules of which 85% were SQL embedded with the remaining 15% were C++ based, as well as manual configuration of all reporting and UI interface functionality ● Created test plans and managed user testing for UI ease of use and user selected data submissions● Presented e-Con Solutions application to company stakeholders, executive leadership and sales teams for adoption worldwide

● Collaborated with the CTO and CEO in the evaluation and selection of the company’s first ERP system, assembling a team of 5 employees to customize, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP software and BuyDesign add-ons to 150+ end users● Wrote over 800 rules for the companies e-Con configurator which allowed sales representatives to build orders and quote clients in real time with 100% accuracy by verifying jurisdiction and equipment requirements and recommending alternative products● Assisted in creating an Agile application to facilitate the migration and modification of 20 years of historical financial, customer, and equipment data into the new ERP system for easy retrieval

● Partnered with senior leadership teams in the development, implementation, and deployment of Salesforce applications to 300 end users company-wide, working directly with the Director of Sales to gather application requirements and creation of customized dashboards for executive leadership and sales staff● Customized all application rules, triggers, and notifications based on best practices, including writing compliance codes to eliminate the processing of unauthorized transactions● Created and administered user profiles and defined user hierarchies

● Selected based on previous project performance to lead all aspects of gaming machine shipping and installation logistics for a multimillion dollar casino project on behalf of Televisa Mexico ● Co-managed the construction of ten casinos and managed hiring process for technical staff● Coordinated shipping logistics for 1,000+ machines from the U.S. manufacturing plant to Mexico
