Richards Bespoke is a custom clothing company that specializes in custom made suits, sport coats, slacks, dress shirts, and accessories.

I began working for the family business at the age of 14 years old. For eight years, I spent my summer and winter breaks working at the operational level of the company. Some of my duties included assisting drivers while on truck, operating the media and document shredders, pulling orders for clients in the records center, assisting the records manager with his day-to-day needs as well as co-managing a special summer project of removing 25,000 cubic feet of boxes from one records center to ours. From January 2014 to May 2016, I worked in new business development. My roles and responsibilities consisted of growing the business as well as farming existing relationships with clients to help better their office records management needs. I acquired 236 new accounts in less than 3 years and achieved over $300,000 in total sales for a sales team that generated an estimate of $1,280,000 in new revenue each year (the company generates over $5,000,000 in reoccurring revenue each year).
