Split my time between developing innovative outdoor recreation programming and overseeing the popular William & Mary Sport's Club program (46 clubs and over 1600 student participants) Developed a new adventure trips program, a rock climbing wall, and a student leadership training program. The leadership program covered risk management, leadership, group dynamics, and hard skills of adventure programming. • Responsible for the overall administration of a large outdoor recreation program including a waterfront recreation facility, extensive adventure trips program, and a full high and low challenge course. • Create and manage detailed risk management plans for waterfront facility, outdoor program and challenge course.• Utilize experiential education learning as to ensure program quality and enhance the university learning experience. • Hire, train, develop, and supervise approximately 35 student staff members and one full time intern. • Develop, propose, and administer an annual budget of over $200,000.• Create and implement a full range of programming that includes aquatics based programs such as: sailing, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and paddleboarding. outdoor trips, skills clinics, challenge course sessions, outdoor leadership trainings, and large events and fundraisers. • Successfully proposed, designed, and oversaw the construction of a brand new $150, 000 high and low challenge course.

- Taught adaptive ski and snowboard lessons to persons with disabilities. - Created an implemented individualized lesson plans to ensure the highest level in program quality.

• Planned and provided outdoor recreation experiences such as; low and high challenge courses, rock climbing, canoeing, backpacking, nature study, and white water rafting for numerous groups ranging in age from 8 to 18 years, in a safe and educational manner.• Educated and directed the learning philosophy from a strong place-based perspective.• Maintained a high level of risk management and participant safety in a wilderness setting.
