CS Holding, Inc. is a Delaware holding company that owns 100% o he stock of various companies in the employment screening, DOT compliance, occupational medicine, and government services space. CS Holding was founded and incorporated in late 2018.

Rosenzweig Investments is a single member LLC incorporated in Delaware for the purpose of investing in early stage companies, particularly in plant based food and biotech.

For the past 41 years Concorde has provided employment screening, substance abuse testing, document management, certified medical examinations, and compliance solutions for organizations regulated by the US Department of Transportation. These services are also provided to non-regulated businesses as well as state and local government. For 21 years CONCORDE had been providing medical qualification examinations for US Depart of Defense. Services are provided in all 50 states as well as US possessions and territories. Those services are now part of a government services spin off, CG Services, LLC (d.b.a CIVTeam), also wholly owned by CS Holding, Inc. Mr. Rosenzweig has been honored to be a member of the Philadelphia 100 seven times and is an inaugural member of the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame. Concorde has received accolades such as the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Emerging Business of the Year. Rosenzweig's current role as President and Chairman at CS Holding, Inc., permits him to concentrate on growing the suite of companies owned by CS holding and gives the next generation of leadership the opportunity to manage and grow the businesses he has already created. Concorde, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of CS Holding, Inc., as are all of the companies.

NIFC (National Institute For Forensic Collections) provides on site forensic collection services for substance abuse testing programs for corporations, colleges and universities, state and local government for federally regulated programs, like the US Department of Transportation, Health and Human Services, and court mandated testing. NIFC trains and certifies DOT specimen collectors as well as Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT) and provides Evidentiary Breath Testing (EBT) calibration services to BATs.

Taney Youth Baseball Association is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit that I founded in 1993 to provide youth baseball for children ages 3-15 in Center City Philadelphia. The league has grown during the past 15 years from 200 players to over 600 players. In 2008, I resigned as President and serve as an advisor to the league.
