As a software engineering and application development manager, I function as both a people leader, engineering manager, and scrum master for a complex, internally developed Transportation Management Software (TMS). I share responsibility of our product with a 2 other senior managers and their organizations who all work together to ensure our users experience the most efficient and stable product possible.
