I am a senior consultant working with Ingenium's clients on their strategy renewals, change management, leadership development and people consulting.

As Chief Operating Officer within Ingenium, I will have a number of roles and responsibility. First and foremost, I will be a senior consultant working directly with clients on their strategy renewal and leadership development. Secondly, I will be responsible for Ingenium’s operational delivery and helping Ingenium optimize internal operations to deliver high-impact, professional and best in class quality products and services to our clients. Thirdly, a key part of my role will be to develop and nurture all client relationships from new client to existing clients, to be that trusted partner and advisor to our clients, providing them that strategic guidance and help our clients need to achieve the levels of success their ambitions desire.
