Staff Vice President, Talent Acquisition
CurrentIn my current role, I have spearheaded the development of our global talent acquisition function for the first time in the company's 185-year history. Our talent acquisition team was expanded from five members into a team of 28. I continue to actively recruit for engineering and non-engineering roles across the Americas and offer global candidate sourcing support across EMEA and APAC. I assess our global talent acquisition capabilities and leverage those results to devise a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that clearly detailed centralized talent acquisition model.Some highlights of my accomplishments so far include:• I expanded the talent acquisition support model from 23% of all annually filled positions to 78% in three years, filling approximately 780 positions yearly.• I crafted a three-year strategic plan for Talent Acquisition that detailed our ongoing initiatives including globalization, strategic alignment, integration, and continuous improvement.• I provided guidance to CHRO and Executive Leadership on the company's Glassdoor response strategy and gained approval by CEO to respond to reviews for the first time in the company's history.
