The lead academic in the IBC program was supported in the experiential learning model by additional "staff" drawn largely from industry. As the Project Executive, the role was to actively direct the consulting project while providing a tutorial experience for the students using the project in lieu of a case study to teach practical business skills. I assured the application of what was taught in class and also achieved the needed project quality to assure client satisfaction and build the program's reputation for the UTS business school.
