• Used historical data to limit fundraising fatigue for the Make a Difference Campaign in-restaurant fundraiser by splitting the campaign to two activations a year. First year implementation resulted in a 20% increase in donations and a 11% increase in participating restaurants.• Increased total in-restaurant donations from $5,336,417 in 2018 to $6,094,714 in 2019 (14% increase). • Led the 2020 in-restaurant campaign to $4.1 million in just 5 weeks. On pace to hit all new high of $6.4 million before COVID forced a cancelation of remaining weeks. • Worked closely with Arby’s largest franchisee (369 restaurants) to increase their fundraising for the Make a Difference Campaign by 20% from 2018 to 2020 ($117,349 to $141,482).• Primary contact for Arby’s Field Operation/Marketing Teams and Franchisees for our Local Grants Program that distributed over 300 grants in 2019 and 500 grants in 2020.• In 2021, led a project with Junior Achievement’s 3DE initiative to organize their first ever National Case Challenge competition.

• Redeveloped the Arby’s Foundation supplier donation program including sponsorship levels/benefits and planning of all events including recruiting 40 suppliers to participate in the program in the first year raising over $1 million.• Managed fundraising for the supplier donation program growing donations by 220% from 2012 to 2019: $1,040,000 to $2,291,021.• In 2018, grew supplier donation program to the most participants ever at 135.• Managed all 200+ supplier relationships for the Arby’s Foundation including sponsorship solicitation, auction equipment donations and event communication.

• Served as lead coordinator for 34 charity golf tournaments raising more than $3.5 million.• Performed as member of the support team for over 50 events other events.• Led committees of 5-15 members for each tournament to insure maximum sponsorship of event.• From 2009 to 2012, negotiated all 53 venue contracts of the Arby’s Charity Tour.

• Established an average of $62,000 in monthly revenue for the first year of the facility.• Marketed and sold conference center space, room blocks, and catering.
