This role now includes responsibility for maintaining the manual F1F9 regulatory model and maintenance of cost drivers within the Tagetik system. Some of the key responsibilities include:• Collection and submission of intercompany group recharges.• Ensuring appropriate and accurate accounting adjustments are carried out for advanced and outstanding payments based upon up-to-date information and following best practice principles.• Management of the SAP recurring journal process.• Post close balance sheet reconciliations.• Liaising closely with internal & external key stakeholders on a frequent basis to ensure cost accountability and understanding of business requirements. Providing support to internal & external audit.• Review and implement improvements to existing task processes as necessary.• Providing direct support and advice to business managers in completion of their budgeting and forecasting exercise.• Chasing, gathering and completion of information for Final Accounts and regulatory documents.• Regular attendance and contribution to business meetings.
