This was achieved through a cooperative effort, engaging collaboratively with the regulatory authorities, to identify and validate various improvement opportunities.Spearheaded the effort to update the technical architecture, computing strategy and operating strategy for the network-based electronic security technologies that protect people and physical assets world-wide. The design included technology enhancements to address cybersecurity vulnerabilities in the CCTV and Access Control environments. The updated architecture also satisfied budgetary requirements to remain cost neutral.Streamlined the computer forensic examination process, reducing the necessary labor effort by 70% while fully satisfying all incident investigation needs.
