Managed a portfolio of real estate debt and equity assets with an aggregate value of $5.2B+ comprised of 215 nationally located properties with an emphasis in the Western US. Asset classes managed include CBD and suburban office, retail centers, industrial, multi-family apartments, hotel and self storage. Oversaw multiple deal structures including first mortgage and structured debt, mezzanine debt, wholly owned/REO real estate and joint ventures.

• Managed the operations and sales of a average portfolio of 40 non-performing loans and REO properties with an aggregate market value in excess of $27MM. Property types included multi-family, retail, industrial and office. Reviewed loan documents and conducted workout negotiations on $12MM portfolio of non-performing loans. Workout strategies included noted sales, bankruptcy relief, discounted payoff negotiations and judicial and non-judicial foreclosures. • Performed due diligence and underwriting on new loan portfolio acquisitions, including loan document review, site inspections and analysis and development of disposition strategies.

Managed and executed the disposition of properties in a bank REO portfolio valued at over $350M. Portfolio included all major commercial property types as well as raw land in various stages of entitlement processing. Met or exceeded annual disposition targets by 15% or greater and achieved an overall sale value within +/- 5% of appraised value.
