My primary function at Metalwerks is to develop new lines of business, develop new accounts, maintain and nurture existing relationships for mutual profit. We take immense pride in our portfolio of completed projects and use that portfolio to assist the A/E in new product design applications, advise on construct-ability issues and informed budgets. I also am responsible for writing and negotiating all company contracts for engineered material sales and complex purchasing agreements. As a majority shareholder in the enterprise, we want to ensure liability is appropriately distributed contractually. In addition to my construction and manufactured product sales and contract experience, I am a licensed attorney with 30 plus years experience in contract manufacturing and specialty trade installation. Outside of my primary business interest in Metalwerks, my goal is to share my expertise and experience with other specialty contracting firms, general contractors or construction managers, real estate developers or architects in need of assistance navigating contract claims or disputes.
