The Game Program for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas is a 144 page book which is sold at the game each year. It includes game and player stats, bios on participants and sponsor advertisements. As Program Chair I oversee the collection of digital assets which will be included in the Game Program each year. I then work with the printer to ensure everything is included and proofed for errors. This is all volunteer work and is for a great cause, Shriners Hospitals for Children.

After successfully managing a complete reengineering of the entire plant as a consultant, was offered position of VP to manage all plant operations. Reduced costs by $800k annually. Developed custom software which allowed for real time costing of manufacturing processes. Responsible for creating and meeting quarterly budgets. Managed 150 employees in eight departments. Established system of daily metrics and managed to set goals.

Ensured high operating efficiency levels for this $30M DVD disc manufacturing joint venture of Panasonic and Universal Music Group. Oversaw expansion from 7 to 22 production lines. Established corporate intranet. Quickly earned reputation for ability to solve technical problems that had consistently defeated others. Led plant process improvement team. Supervised staff of 50.
