A self-employed entrepreneur since his days as a college athlete, Stephen founded VScreen in 2008 and served as the company’s CEO for the following decade, prior to his successful exit. Under Stephen’s leadership, VScreen became the top video marketing content provider within the real estate industry, producing thousands of videos for marquee brands such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Century 21, RE/MAX, and The Wall Street Journal.
 
In 2016, Stephen oversaw VScreen’s acquisition of OnHoldUSA, a telecom company specializing in marketing-on-hold and voice prompt solutions. VScreen and OnHoldUSA were both subsequently acquired by Terradatum in 2018, where Stephen continued to serve as a consultant. As part of Terradatum’s board of directors, Stephen helped lead Terradatum’s subsequent sale in 2021 to Lone Wolf Technologies and private equity firm Stone Point Capital. 

After the Lone Wolf acquisition, Stephen had the opportunity to then invest his time and resources into ANGEL RAMOS | New York, an NYC-based gentleman’s lifestyle brand that focused on creating sartorial menswear, which Stephen co-founded with his business partner and longtime friend, Angel Ramos. In 2023, after the menswear brand had established credibility and was regularly featured in top fashion publications, Stephen oversaw the successful merger between AR|NY and Michael Andrews Bespoke, the largest custom clothier in New York City. Combined, the merged company then became MAARNY, where Stephen continues to serve on the company’s board of directors.

Currently, Stephen is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for MN8 Corp, a biotech company specializing in Far-Infrared technologies for the wellness, cosmetics, and agriculture industries.
