Pre opening team member for a 5 star luxury lifestyle hotel designed by Marcel Wanders comprising of 270 keys, eight F&B outlets featuring Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck, Magnolia Bakery, ESPA, conferencing and a design led Ladies wedding and events hall.Involved in all Business Contracting ( Corporate, Leisure, Groups & Events) and as part of the team managed 3rd party F&B outlet franchise partners, pre opening office and staff accommodation sourcing and contracting, mass recruitment trips, owner and management company relationships, third party design, creative and legal company management.Gained an invaluable education and insight into the entire Hotel Build process from through working closely with the Owner's representative and hotel project manager over a four year period to bring the project to fruition. Hired commercial team and helped create and execute the Hotel's market entry strategy working with PR, Design, Event and Creative agencies based in New York, London and Doha.

Country DOSM for five 5 star hotels (1200 keys) predominately marketing into an International leisure market (FIT,GTS,GIT, MICE and Charter) out of the USA and Europe. Key geographic markets were Jordan, Russia, France, Germany, UK, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Italy and Japan.Led and managed a small centralised sales team of 6 and unit based PR executives. Reporting into the Country Manager and working with GM's based at the Dead Sea, Petra, Aqaba and Tala Bay.Planned and executed annual Country and Property specific business plans to maximise top line revenues, rebalancing relationships with the Jordanian Travel Industry whilst negotiating a series of long term agreements and long term contracts to substantially increase cross Hotel population of business.These activities resulted in competitive market share gains in all three different markets - Dead Sea, Petra and Aqaba - with Brand Recognition and Awareness, Leading competitive position and revenues of USD 75 Million reaching an all time high by 2010/11.
