Started working with the Board of Directors as Community Information Director in 2010 and assumed lead role in May 2011. Served as Chairman until November 2014. Served officially as the "Secretary" of the incorporated 501(c)3 until April 2015. Now, 'just' a volunteer and ambassador for the food security cause.

Managing group to implement improvements in identity management services.

Worked at Citizens on a contract position through Modis. The project helped define and implement 'role based access'.

New England, a region especially hard-hit by the current economic slump, hosted the first “Job Search Jam Sessions” in May 2010. The 5th event was held September 12, 2014.In coordination with the Hopkinton Networking Group, the Job Search Jam Sessions offered peer-to-peer learning, networking opportunities and motivational support for unemployed and under-unemployed workers. New and recent college graduates were welcome to participate to learn the tips and tricks of the job search.The first Job Search Jam Sessions was held on Friday, May 14, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the St. John the Evangelist Parish Center, 20 Church Street, Hopkinton, Mass. Over 70 people participated to make this event a success. As a Veritude contractor, leading an information security project.

Worked with the organizing team to create a great peer-to-peer learning environment. The conference “presenters” became discussion leaders; asking the questions, moderating the resulting discussion and leading us toward answers of what the future could be. 290 were present Aug 8th; 171 present on Aug 9th. The final overall count was 306 of 375 (82%) of those registered actually participated. Well done team!

• Reduced the security risk to Fidelity by identifying and remediating unstructured data. Secured over 2 million documents that had been improperly stored. Developed a more sustainable process to manage documents securely.• Simplified the desktop hardware/software request processing system to purchase and deliver over 10,000 desktop/notebook systems in one year while improving delivery time and customer satisfaction.• Consolidated seven different desktop support groups into a centralized, enterprise-wide process to standardize and improve service. Achieved a significant cost savings by reallocating 16 resources to other work within Fidelity Investments. Received a President’s Team award for this effort

Started with the regional support call center and moved through a series of positions with increasing responsibility and scope. Call center, supply management, and inventory management were key subject areas during this time. The last position • Investigated the “failing” project, provided recommendation to restore the project, was assigned as Operations Manager, and transformed the project to successfully bring it back on schedule. • Established policies and procedures for Help Desk, Network and Systems Management to support roll-out of new voter registration application to the 351 cities and towns in the Commonwealth of MA.
