CurrentI started this consulting practice in 2003 after leaving Hewlett Packard due to receiving many requests to help shape new business strategies from people who knew me. I have continued to consult over the years even as I have been engaged in numerous other endeavors of my own. I now have many years of experience and successful engagements working with start-ups, smaller businesses, higher education and non-profits; all still based on my reputation and word of mouth requests. My current practice is focused on helping organizations create, clarify or execute workable plans that will generate future success. I customize my approach to meet an organization's needs based on where they are in the process of charting their future. I bring strong organizational and leadership skills together with an ability to get leadership teams to focus on what is most important to their ongoing success.
