• Process for new client submissions, implementation, billing set-up and establishing communication preferences.
• Support customer enrollment processes through creating enrollment materials through an online Content Management System and working with sales team, broker, and client to make sure client’s needs for enrollment are met.
• Provide client support and training in billing, policy administration, claims, and policy provisions by utilizing company website, conference calls, and face-to-face meetings.
• Work with sales, underwriting, and broker partners to provide renewal information for clients.
• Respond to client issues received through phone, email, or web.
• Identify client needs for additional insurance products and work with internal company partners, client, and broker to provide solutions.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Lead the process for new client submissions, implementation, billing set-up and establishing protocols and communication preferences for a successful initial experience with RSL.
• Lead, participate in or support the customer enrollment process, with particular emphasis on employee paid (voluntary) enrollment.
• Client service, support and advocacy with home office functional areas as required (i.e., facilitation of support and/or appropriate triage of inquiries and issues including claims, billing, contracts, technology/web.
• Year-End summary and renewal – coordinate with Sales, the Renewal Specialist, Underwriter and Broker as required to ensure a smooth, successful renewal for assigned cases.
• Lead the case-submission and setup process for new cases.
• Effectively manage and proactively resolve all in-bound client service issues.

I direct three choral groups at a growing Episcopal parish in Northern VA. The adult choir rehearses Thurday evenings and we sing a variety of music, from Baroque and Classical pieces, to English Choral, to American Spiritual and contemporary sacred. This is the main choir group for our 10:15 service. We will occasionally join with other choirs to perform.
